LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Unique Aluminum Fence is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of your fence. Unique Aluminum Fence also warrants that the paint will not peel, blister or crack.

This Limited Warranty is void if any of the following occurs: 1. improper application techniques; 2. misuse, neglect or improper storage; 3. altering or changing the product by reason of applied heat, welding or any other alteration beyond the manufacturers control; 4. impact of objects, fire, flood, hurricane, tornado or other storms or casualty, or acts of god; 5. painting the surface of the product; 6. adverse effects of air pollution and normal weathering of surfaces.

The Limited Warranty shall be for the benefit of the original purchaser/property owner only and shall not be transferable.

Claim for defects under this Limited Warranty shall be made to Unique Aluminum Fence at 1000 W. Chocolate Ave., Hershey PA 17033. Claims shall be made promptly after discovery of the claimed defect describing the defect claim together with proof of purchase. The manufacturer shall have the right to inspect the product after receiving notice of the claim. If the manufacturer determines that the claim falls within the terms of the Limited Warranty the manufacturer agrees to repair or replace the section or part of the product. Labor, installation, shipping and any similar costs are excluded here from and shall not be paid by the manufacturer.

THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF UNIQUE ALUMINUM FENCE AND SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. UNIQUE ALUMINUM FENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.
